Black Series® i Putters feature the same multi-material construction as the original Black Series Putters, but now utilize the new multi-layer Tour insert that provides premium feel and responsiveness. Our engineers have precisely controlled each putter’s headweight so it can be matched with the specific shaft length for impeccable consistency and control. The rich, nickel-plated finish will also appeal to elite players. Each model utilizes the Fine-Tuned Loft System, which optimizes each putter’s loft in conjunction with its center of gravity (CG) to generate pure roll characteristics.

The feel, weight, and balance, especially the feel, are what I've been looking for in a putter. The face insert gives me a soft quiet strike; I like that. As with any new club a short transition has been necessary because of this new feel, but I highly recommend the Black Series i #6.

This is the second Odyssey Black Series Putter that I own. I must admit I never really cared for insert putters as many seemed to be too soft with little feedback. Not the case with this one. The materials, feel, weight, feedback, is amazing on this one. It really inspires confidence when putting - this is extremely important since the putter is the one club you will undoubtedly use on every hole.
