      • Q:

is it true that for the high handicapper, when regarding to purchasing drivers, the higher the loft on the club the eaasier it is to hit and control?

Asked on 1/4/2010 by Anonymous from wilkes-barre,pa

        1 answer

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

Yes, it is typically true that the higher the loft, the easier it is to control. The standard lofts are 10° and 11° depending on if you want to raise or lower your ball flight. If you hit higher off the tee, then you want to go with a lower ball flight.

      • Q:

Hi, I am wondering which shaft I should get. I swing at about 113-115mph; looking for a mid-launch/low spin shaft. Any suggestions? Thanks.

        Asked on 12/16/2009 by Anonymous

        • CUSTOMER CARE

          A:

A stiff/firm flex shaft is designed for someone with a swing speed over 90 mph. With your swing speed over 110 mph, I would suggest maybe looking into an extra stiff shaft.

      • Q:

The FT-5 will come in full degree lofts and have a 1 degree closed face. The FT-5 Tour driver will come in half degree lofts and have a .5 degree open face.

What is the difference between a FT-5 Tour driver and a Tour Authenic Ft-5 driver

          A:

The FT-5 Tour will be less hot off the face and easier to manage. The Tour Authentic is made to be used by scratch golfers and tour players. It will also have the tour authentic hosel.
