Customization & Refurbishment Services
At Callaway Golf Pre-Owned, we pride ourselves on providing our players with a club restoration program that is second to none for Callaway clubs. The refurbishing department has turned hundreds of thousand of golf clubs from looking like something you would put in your garage sale to an immaculately restored club. Our refurbishment program includes buffing and polishing the sole and toe, re-painting scoring lines and re-finishing the face. We know our players want the choice of purchasing the best grip options available so we've come up with an offering that includes a total of (17) grips.
Option 1 - Add Customization/Refurbishment Services to Your Order:
Before you complete your purchase, you may request additional customization or refurbishment services available on select Callaway Golf irons and wedges. Expect a one to two business day delay before your order can be shipped if you choose these services for your clubs. All orders that include customization must be placed by phone.
Option 2 - Customize or Refurbish Your Existing Equipment:
We also offer customization and refurbishment services to improve the playability and renew the look of your existing Callaway Golf equipment. See below for a list of Callaway Golf equipment that is eligible for refurbishment. Most services can be completed within three to five business from the day your clubs are received. *If you are choosing a customization service and buying a club from us you are entitled to our standard grip at no extra charge.
** Refurbishing entails buffing/polishing sole & toe, re-painting scoring lines and refinishing the face. We are not able refurbish shafts or ferrules, so they will remain in the same condition prior to refurbishing the club head. There is no guarantee that club heads can be refurbished to a specific condition. On average, condition will increase by two grades.
Available Grips
Grips can be purchased and sent to you so you can install yourself or we can install the purchased grips here for clubs in our inventory or clubs that are being sent to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned. We can also add extra tape wraps under the grip to build up the size of the grip.

Refurb Limitations
We are only able to refurbish Callaway Golf Brand Clubs. We currently do not perform re-grooving or re-chroming. We currently do not refurbish metal woods or hybrids. Due to composite materials and design of certain clubs we cannot refurbish the following clubs.
Irons and Wedges:
No Chrome or Forged irons or wedges.
(Vintage Wedges can have refurb performed)
