DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering the Callaway Golf Pre-Owned $500 Gift Card a Month Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is offered, operated and administered by Callaway Golf Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 9013 Tuscany Way, Building 1, Suite 110, Austin, Texas 78754.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes is divided into eleven (11) month-long promotion intervals in calendar year 2023 as follows: (1) January 01-31; February 01-28; March 1-31; April 1-30; May 1-31; June 1-30; July 1-31; August 1-31; September 1-30; October 1-31; November 1-30; and December 1-24 (each a “Promotion Month” and collectively, the “Promotion Period”).

 

Online Entry: 1) During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.callawaygolfpreowned.com and complete the Official Entry Form, as indicated.
2) On Facebook®, click the Callaway Golf Pre-Owned $500 Gift Card a Month Sweepstakes lead ad and complete the Instant Form, as indicated.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Promotion Month (based on online submission date), for a total of eleven (11) entries per person during the Promotion Period. Participants must provide a valid email address. Upon completion of the Official Entry Form, click the “submit” button to send the entry. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (Central Time) on the last day of each Promotion Month to be eligible for that month’s drawing. All entries are subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at http://www.callawaygolf.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-CG4-Site/en_US/CustomerService-Show?fid=legal&cid=legal-privacy-policy. All email addresses are subject to verification prior to being allocated an entry. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted and individuals engaging in such practices will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules.  All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Proof of age and residency may be required.  Employees of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, retail locations, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved with this Sweepstakes and members of their families (parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and/or those residing in the same household (whether related or not) of each of the above are not eligible to enter or win.  Void outside the United States and where prohibited.  Sweepstakes also void where restricted in a manner not satisfied by the publication of these terms and conditions on this website.  No purchase necessary nor shall a purchase increase odds of winning.
PRIZE DRAWINGS: Within seven (7) days of the end of each Promotion Month, one (1) winner will be selected for each Promotion Month in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for such Promotion Month, for a total of one (1) unique winner during the Promotion Month and eleven (11) unique winners during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per winner during the Promotion Period in connection with this Sweepstakes. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects.  Actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  Estimated odds of winning are 1:3000, but will be subject to the final number of entries.

PRIZES: Upon certification by Sponsor as an eligible participant, each winner will receive a $500 Callaway Golf Pre-Owned Gift Card (the “Prize”) redeemable only at www.callawwaygolfpreowned.com or by phone at 1-800-826-6174. Approximate combined retail value of all eleven (11) prizes is $5,500. No substitution of the Prize or transfer of the Prize to a third party is permitted, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes and duties (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All expenses not specified herein, including, but not limited to local, state, or federal taxes on the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's agreement to pay all applicable taxes and comply with all laws.

NOTIFICATION AND COLLECTION OF PRIZE: The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing date.  The potential winner is subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before the Prize will be awarded. In the event that the potential winner does not meet all eligibility requirements, that person may be disqualified and the Prize will be awarded to another randomly selected individual. The potential winner must follow the directions contained in the Prize Acceptance Form provided by Sponsor and email or fax all completed forms, correctly filled out and signed, and provide any additional information that may be required, to Sponsor within three (3) days of notification as a potential winner, including, but not limited to, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Further Release of Liability and Publicity Rights (where legal). Failure to respond within the time specified or other non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification as a potential prizewinner and void further participation in the Sweepstakes. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted in a timely fashion, or if for any reason a Prize cannot be awarded, another sweepstakes entry will be randomly selected until the Prize has been awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure for any reason whatsoever of the selected entrant to receive notification or for Sponsor to receive a selected entrant’s response.

WINNERS’ LIST: A list of winners can be obtained by sending a request for same and a self-addressed stamped envelope to Callaway Golf Interactive, Inc., c/o $500 Gift Card a Month Sweepstakes, 9013 Tuscany Way, Building 1, Suite 110, Austin TX, 78754 within 90 days following the Promotion Period end date.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: To the fullest extent allowed by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without additional compensation. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information to any third party for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and, unless otherwise specified, for consumer research and marketing purposes. By accepting the Prize, the winner releases Sponsor, its subsidiaries, parent and affiliates, its advertising, judging and promotion agencies, and the respective shareholders, directors, officers, distributors, employees and agencies of all such entities, from all liability arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize. The winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made or are in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize awarded herein, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or faulty network connections, whether human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incorrect, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, damaged, misdirected entries or Prize claims. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise any portion of the Sweepstakes or the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct drawings to award the Prizes using all legitimate and eligible entries received as of the date of action taken by Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas for the resolution of all claims and disputes.
