Like the feel of forged clubs when ball is hit clean
Really lke the clubs. Stiff flex gives me more control. Can work the ball better. The Trade Up program is awesome. Callaway was reasonably quick to reimburse me for the clubs -- about 7-8 business days. Highly recommend the Callaway usd club program to anyone.

well balanced solid feel and visually appealing
Loft, lie and feel with graphite shaft fit me perfectly. The view of the club head at address makes me feel at ease. Well hit shots feel real solid. Half and three quarter shots are easy to hit.

Best Irons I've had in a long time!
I had the X-Tours and loved them but wanted a thinner top line and a little more control of the ball. The X-Forged irons gave me what I was looking for! The same nice feel like the Tours but with more control over the ball and it gives great feedback. The better you strike the ball the more they come alive! Thanks Callaway!

Great blend of blade and forgiveness
I'm coming from a set of Hogan Blades with the regular shaft and while I hit them far, I had to aim way right to allow them to come back in. I've got the 6.0 Project X flighted shafts in these and wow are they ever accurate. Even miss hits are still on the green. Love the feedback on miss-hits too. If you don't hit it on the screws, you'll know with these and when you do...can't beat that feeling. Upped my GIR average by 3 or 4 greens a round. Didn't get to play much this year so my cap went down a couple digits but certainly not the club's fault. In my opinion, these are the perfect blend between a blade and muscleback. They're more blade for the clean look enthusiast but an added measure of forgiveness.

More Greens
My swing has changed, a bit for the better, so the offset clubs I had ( x-18s) I was missing the green to the left to much, If I set up farther right of the target I wanted, I would pull the club from the trop trying to steer the shot. With the blades I have increased hitting the greens by 32% in a weeks time. When I get the grips on I like.. that should improve as well/

Extreme machine
The irons were a great addition. The thin topline and the feedback is awesome. The workability of the irons are great. It takes a few rounds to get use to but look out when you get use to them!! My Sunday golf partner bought a set after trying them. Would buy them again.

Not just for low handicappers
I'm more or less a beginner, started with lessons last summer and have steadily improved from terrible to bad. The X-forged wedges were just right for me, so I thought I'd take a chance on the irons even though they are supposed to be unforgiving and not suitable for a HH like me. While I'm not sure I get quite as much distance as with Cleveland CG-7s, the weight and balance are perfect and shots almost always are straight with nice trajectory. Love them, and my son (15 handicap) tried them last week and now wants them.
