    What You Need To Know

      Technology Specs

      Rogue Pro Irons Technology Item
      • Rogue Pro Performance Package

Caters to the preferences of better players with a compact head, thin topline, thin sole, shallow cavity and minimal offset, to increase workability, trajectory control and impact feedback. And the lofts are slightly weaker than Rogue Standard.

      • 360 Face Cup and VFT

Rogue Pro irons combine our renowned 360 Face Cup technology with Variable Face Thickness (VFT) technology to expand the portion of the face that delivers fast ball speed. Face Cup employs a shallow, flexible rim around the perimeter of the face that flexes and releases at impact to increase ball speed. VFT also influences how the face itself flexes to promote more ball speed on off-center hits. The combination of these two technologies promotes ball speed and distance.*

        * Compared to the X2 Hot Pro Iron

      • Tungsten Weighting for Optimal Flight and Control

Tungsten Weighting allows us to position the CG in each of the long irons with extraordinary precision, promoting optimum launch and control at each individual loft. The tungsten, twice as heavy as steel, concentrates significant weight into a small space in the form of an intricately shaped part, which is key to precisely controlling CG location.

      • Urethane Microspheres for Phenomenal Sound and Feel

The upside of a thin clubface is faster ball speed and more distance, the downside is excessive vibration that generates an unpleasant sound and feel. Urethane can be used to dampen vibration to improve sound and feel, but it can also greatly reduce the face’s ability to flex, lowering COR and ball speed. Our elastic-urethane microspheres provide the sound and feel benefits of urethane without compromising COR or ball speed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took 10 years off my bag by upgrading to the Rogue Pro's First off, my first 2 range sessions with these clubs had me wanting to throw them over the next freeway overpass. That being said, I was able to get out of my head and finally make solid contact. I had Callaway upgrade my grips before shipping to the MC+4's, which i can say are definitely bigger and will take some getting used to, but they do allow me to have less strain on my right hand/grip. The overall finish was pretty sharp. I did more to make them look used in those first two range sessions than the previous owner did for for as long as he owned them. Shipping was prompt, although there was an issue with the payment (not having a space in the address bar) that took an extra day, which was totally cool since i was having them adjusted. The 120g nippon shafts truly slow down my tempo, which is part of the reason it took a hot minute to get used to them. I went from handicappers irons, to a players iron and won't look back. The sound is crisp and would be more like a "clap" if i were to describe it. You can definitely hear when a shot if fat, flat, or flushed. Overall, i am please with my purchase. I plan to order a used fairway wood down the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Feel and Performance Upgraded to Rogue Irons after hitting Steelhead X-14's for the last 15 years. Unbelievable feel overall. Solid hits and off-center hits feel and sound good. While I did not see a huge increase in distance (maybe 5 yards), feel and accuracy increase more than make up for that. Graphite shafts are really light - takes some getting used to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to hit. Solid performance. This iron has great feel and is easy to hit. It’s a solid performer. The mishits travel almost as well as solid hits which is great for all players of any handicap range. I found it responsive hitting fades or draws and high or low shots. Being able to go at any pin position in a round is comfortable and refreshing making playing a lot more fun. The Rogue Pro is a purchase that I’m very happy with and would highly recommend to any player.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels and looks like a forged iron Great set of irons for me. I increased distance by 1.5 clubs. A solid hit feels solid. I believe that the shaft ( Fujikura Pro 75 graphite) that came with the irons, was matched perfectly for my swing and contributed to my new found length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Distance club with players looks upgraded to these from 714 ap1 irons and my carry distance is now equal to my total distance of old clubs so nice improvement. these irons go high and straight for me. The look at address is what i was looking for and these deliver. I think these irons work for a nice wide range of handicappers out there.
