    Features & Benefits

    Rogue Pro Performance Package

Caters to the preferences of better players with a compact head, thin topline, thin sole, shallow cavity and minimal offset, to increase workability, trajectory control and impact feedback. And the lofts are slightly weaker than Rogue Standard.

    360 Face Cup and VFT

Rogue Pro irons combine our renowned 360 Face Cup technology with Variable Face Thickness (VFT) technology to expand the portion of the face that delivers fast ball speed. Face Cup employs a shallow, flexible rim around the perimeter of the face that flexes and releases at impact to increase ball speed. VFT also influences how the face itself flexes to promote more ball speed on off-center hits. The combination of these two technologies promotes ball speed and distance.*

Tungsten Weighting for Optimal Flight and Control

Tungsten Weighting allows us to position the CG in each of the long irons with extraordinary precision, promoting optimum launch and control at each individual loft. The tungsten, twice as heavy as steel, concentrates significant weight into a small space in the form of an intricately shaped part, which is key to precisely controlling CG location.

Urethane Microspheres for Phenomenal Sound and Feel

The upside of a thin clubface is faster ball speed and more distance, the downside is excessive vibration that generates an unpleasant sound and feel. Urethane can be used to dampen vibration to improve sound and feel, but it can also greatly reduce the face’s ability to flex, lowering COR and ball speed. Our elastic-urethane microspheres provide the sound and feel benefits of urethane without compromising COR or ball speed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice irons I have been playing AP2 irons for several years and wanted to make a change. I tried the AP3, APEX CF16 and Pro and the Rogue Pro irons. After trying them all, I decided on the Rouge Pro as I hit it more consistently straighter and longer. I went with the XP95 shafts and they are great for my 65 year old swing. I had to adjust my game slightly as I was hitting 10-15 yards further with the new clubs....a challenge I willingly accepted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really enjoy the look and feel of these irons. I also appreciate the forgiveness of them as well. I’ve played muscle back blades for the last 20 years and made the switch to the Rogue Pros because I wanted to make the game fun again. My game iPad slipped to a 10.2 handicap and since I switched to these irons I’ve found new confidence and enjoyment in playing again. I no longer dread slight miss hits and picked up some of my yardage’s from my youth. If your game is in a minor age decline pick these sticks up and watch it turn around!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did not believe the hype I am 70 years old so I have seen a lot of golf advertisements. I was fitted and took the plunge. My problem is that I really need to get the distance on the irons down in my brain. I truly hit my 9 iron 135 or 140 yards. I have had 2 back fusions. The feeling and sound are great. Almost like a blade. But the entire iron is the sweet spot. The recoil shafts are great and my friends love them. I would recommend these irons but you need to be fitted first

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Longer distance but ball rolls out Previously had Apex irons. The rogue pro has bigger sweet spot and stronger i.e. travels further, but spin is less and ball rolls out on the green. Having trouble stopping the ball the same as I did with the Apex. Ball is TM 5MPX and may try a ProV1 to get the ball to stop. 7 iron is 150 yds. TL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet with stiff graphite shafts New graphite technology allowed me to switch from steel while maintaining accuracy and distance. As I've aged there are a few more aches and pains that the graphite helps with. These clubs are awesome. The ball jumps off the club face and stays on line. Would definitely purchase again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad assembly I was fit at a Callaway Performance Center in Phoenix while on vacation, exceptional experience. I got the clubs a couple weeks later and after my first round I knew something was off. I played 5 more rounds with in consistency across all irons 4-pw. I took them to a local store who sells a ton of Callaway products they put me on track man and saw some different results. Through some measurement we found that all of the irons are between a 1/4 and 1/2 inch under Callaway standard lengths. Lofts and lies are between 2 degree flat and upright, zero consistency. The clubs were ordered at standard length and standard lofts and lies. They made no effort to build these clubs the right way. The customer service was horrid, no attempt to fix the solution almost insinuating I was lying at times. Refuse to help off set cost of putting new shafts, didn't so much as offer me a dozen balls. I wasn't asking for a refund I just wanted to reassurance that they understood my problem and they needed some ownership, I got none of that. Very disappointed, Callaway had lost a customer for life. Golf Galaxy has gained one for life with the time and effort they put in to help me identity a problem and a solution with a set of irons, That I didn't even buy from them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great irons! The Rogue Pro is a great iron! This is the 7th set of Callaway Irons (X-14 pro, X-16 pro, X-tour, Apex, Apex-Pro and now Rogue Pro) I've had over the last 20 years and these are as good as any set (and I loved the X-tour when I was regularly below par). My swing definitely has changed as I've aged but these irons put me back within a couple of yards of the distances I had in my 30s. Distance control is excellent with little loss of distance on mis-hits. Feel is phenomenal including with chipping with the short irons around the green.
