Comments about Callaway Golf X-Tour Irons:

The Callaway X-Tour in my opinion is the most solid feeling forged offering from Callaway to date. After trying the newer models of the X-forged I think the original model offers the most solid, soft feel coupled with the project X shafts. This was my first attempt with the "average" rating and the clubs were a little rougher than I had hoped for, but for the price I still think you get what you pay for.

Comments about Callaway Golf X-Tour Irons:

These irons gave me the consistancy I was looking for with with the feel of a forged iron. The club looks good at address dispite being a little thick at the top. You can really just "point and shoot" these irons and put the ball wherever you want. Bad shots went farther for me and a miss on a full shot misses by only a few yards. I can't wait to see how these clubs help me this season.

Comments about Callaway Golf X-Tour Irons:

The best parts about these irons, is the accuracy and distance control. I could drop it on a dime from any yardage. On top of that, my distance improved 5 yards with each iron. I am 100% satisfied with these irons, and so is my game.

The physical/cosmetic condition of the preowned equipment exceeded my expectations, while at the sametime met the performance level that orginally attracted me to the brand.

Standard lie usually fits those from 5'9"-6'1", so standard or one flat would be a good fit for you. If you see a set that isn't the right lie angle, we can change it for you. To place a custom order, please call our sales team at 1-800-200-4726.

I am currently an 8 hdcp. I play the Hogan FTX forged irons with a FCM 6.5 Rifle shaft. I am thinking about upgrading to a Callaway forged product,to match my FT9 driver and Fusion woods, but not sure if they are any better than the Hogans that I currently play. I hit a 6 iron about 155 yards but dead straight and can work the ball either way. What iron would you suggest?

                        A:

I would suggest the X-Forged irons. They are a forged club with a thin look, and will allow you to shape the ball, while still giving you some room for mishits.
