With advise from the fellow at Callaway pre-cert I traded up my Steelheads for the GBBII fairway woods. I already hit a pretty long ball so I can't say I hit these much further but my ball flight is much truer. Am sold!

Comments about Callaway Golf Great Big Bertha II Fairway Woods:

Easy to hit with a high launch angle, prefer it to either of the newer X models. The shaft is right on the money for me - I usually replace them but not this time. The slightly taller face is useful for tee shots on shorter holes, but isn't a liability from the fairway.

What is the difference in shaft between a senior and the regular. My swing speed is 75-80 and I am a 25 handicap. I'm not sure which shaft I need to buy.

With a swing speed of 70-80 mph I would recommend a senior flex shaft.

I recently purchased the 12.5 degree three wood, and I hit it well and with an occasional draw which surprised me since a draw is not my natural shot. My guess is that they are in the 200cc range but this is just a guess. The Big Bertha II's are excellent clubs.

The Great Big Bertha II 3 wood is 202cc and the 4 wood is 166cc and will work well off of the tee.
