Product Overview

This limited production driver was the original prototype for the highly successful series of fusion technology drivers. We constructed this club with 400cc of carbon composite and titanium which allows for an incredible amount of discretionary weight allowing us to put it where it is needed the most. Each weight/loft combination is uniquely designed to actively influence your specific ball flight and get you farther down the fairway and closer to the green. Standard models have optimized Center of Gravity positions, face angles and lofts that help get the ball airborne easily with distance-enhancing trajectories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by The real driver I had doubt once. Do l advance? FT-2 is the best driver to confirm it. February 13, 2009
Rated 4 out of 5 by Smaller Head, Bigger Punch I recently bought an 8.5 degree Tour model (tour only issue) and I can't say enough about the sound, feel, and accuracy of this club. It may be smaller in volume, yet the face coverage is identical to that of the FT-3, and doesn't have the sometimes undesirable "softball bat" sound that the FT-3 has. The carbon portion of the club is smaller yet sleeker than the FT-3, and more resembles the ERC Fusion without the distracting "two-tone" look that was a downside to the ERC. It launches the ball higher than the FT-3 and FT-5, and there's a definite "nailed it" feeling on well stuck shots. Even heel and toe shots are well forgiven. And distance? I was surprised to find that the FT-2 is slightly longer than my trusty old FT-3, I'd imagine due to the higher launch and lower spin. So for those who feel the FT-3 and FT-5 is too big, and the ERC Fusion was too small, you'll find the FT-2 is just right. April 2, 2008
