Not all Callaway Golf equipment will be eligible for trade. As noted in the Trade Rules, clubs with certain characteristics may not be traded for new or pre-owned Callaway Golf products under the Trade In! Trade Up! Program. Please see the example photos listed below. If you have questions about the condition of your club, please call 800-826-6174 for details.
Examples of Unacceptable Conditions:
1. Non-factory alterations
(other than grips)
2. Dented Club Heads
3. Irons with Rock Chips
4. Clubs that Rattle
Examples of Acceptable Conditions with Deduction:
1. Bag wear or Shaft Burn
Woods
- Minor: $10 deduction for each club
- Major: $30 deduction for each club
Individual Irons
- Minor: $10 deduction for each club
- Major: $30 deduction for each club
Iron Sets
- Minor: $10 deduction for each club
- Major: 50% deduction off set value
