UPS International Express.
UPS International Express Service:
Canadian customers can have orders shipped via UPS International Express only. Typically, items shipped via UPS International Express are delivered to Canadian addresses within three (3) business days after leaving our facility. Canadian orders will be subjected to a 15% Canadian sales tax (Federal Goods and Services Tax GST and Local Provincial Sales Tax PST) paid by UPS when going through customs. The buyer will reimburse UPS for these taxes upon delivery via C.O.D..

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All international shipments will be accompanied by a commercial invoice. The values on the commercial invoice will reflect the total price of the items. We are unable to lower the declared value, or mark the package as anything but a commercially purchased item.

Taxes and Duties

When ordering goods from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet for delivery outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, including DHL or UPS brokerage fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers, as well as those dispatching products internationally, to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
