Got the 4 iron
Really struggled at first with this club. The shaft,weight,offset, length, all were bit different than my apex. However, the more time i spend with it the more impressed I am. Getting used to a graphite iron shaft is new to me, but i can see getting a 5 and 6 iron soon

Pricey, but looks and performance of these irons are just sensational.
I'm a left handed equipment "golf nut". I've owned almost everything they make left handed.
The cost of these was pretty extreme and I wondered if they would really make that much difference.
These are the best irons I have ever had !!
My previous set was 2019 Apex, and they were great, but Epic Forged are even better.
Look great, feel is excellent, slightly more forgiving, they hit it higher flight and 5 to 7 yards longer.
What's not to like about all that.

APEX 19! INCREDIBLE. Finally got me OFF Titleist AP1.
Tested dozens of brands over nearly Two years as the inserts were falling out of my AP1's Titleist..(8 yrs old). Was getting very nervous as I couldn't hit any brand's new clubs, they all wrecked my game. Playing to a 8hcp, I assumed it could be over for me if my clubs become unuseable. Thank GOODNESS I read the reviews and took a shot on APEX 19. No need for the Pro model, APEX 19 is honestly the cleanest hitting , control workability golf iron I have ever touched after 31 years playing. I chose the Recoil 460 esx (firm) because its below 70 grams, as compared to the heavier (excellent though) Catalyst firm. This is an incredible feel and ease of hitting , almost shocking. Callaway has done a stunning engineering job with this product.

Beyond expectations
Over the years I have purchased new equipment on a regular basis. Every new purchase gave some degree of enhanced performance but I was shocked this time around.
The new Epic Forged are magical. The clubs are fun and effortless to hit. They are soft and very long. A full club longer. Great sound and ball flight. I felt guilty investing this kind of money on my passion but this is the first purchase that made a dramatic difference in my game. I have never been happier with a new addition like I have with these.

Whew! Epic forged irons are amazing!
My new Epic forged irons came in Friday. I hit them on the range Saturday and played 18 on Sunday. Shot an 80 right out of thee gate. Was it the clubs or did my game just get in sync for one round? I don't know. But there's no denying how long these clubs are. I was blown away by the distance. I debated shelling out $2400 for a set of clubs, but how much would you spend to play better? I am very pleased with my purchase. I got the 5-PW, AW, GW, with the Aerotech fc 90 shafts. These clubs look fantastic and perform very well. Can't wait to play again next weekend.

Golf nirvana has finally been found
I feel like I have finally found the irons for me- after 30 years of playing. These are really forgiving irons which go a long way (not surprising with the lofts) but are not like any other game improvement iron I have ever played as they feel really great and do deserve the tag "forged". When I say they are forgiving I include the fact that I have never hit so many shots that feel like they have come from the middle of the face. They are also really consistent- I have not been getting unexpected "hot" or jumpy shots.
All I can say is that the 203 yard par 3 at my club is now a 6 iron- and consistently hit.
These clubs would really suit any level of handicap down to low single figures.
I did have some of the previous Epic irons and Callaway has really got it right this time- these Epic Forged are a quantum leap better than the Epic irons

epic forged overrated
Not a big fan of the longer shafts. 7 is as long as my Apex 5. I feel that the apex 2019 is a better iron. Not impressed for the money i paid, expected more!
