Payment for your trade items will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and process your trades.
Use our TRADE IN! TRADE UP! Program to turn in your old clubs, including those from other major brands, for a credit toward the purchase of new clubs.
Maximum trade value of $2,500 and $500 in trade bonuses per calendar year per customer or household.
All products must be in good working order. Clubs with any of the following characteristics WILL NOT be accepted:
A trade will only be accepted toward an order of equal or greater value. No refunds or credits will be issued for amounts over the purchase price. All trading card prices are subject to change; please confirm your trade value before conducting your transaction.
YOU MAY TRADE your used golf equipment for new Callaway equipment through any authorized Callaway Golf retailers who are participating in the Trade In! Trade Up! Program. You may want to contact your local retailers prior to your purchase to determine if they are participating in the program. Callaway and all participating retailers reserve the right to refuse ANY club deemed unacceptable.
Iron sets must consist of at least seven consecutive clubs. Acceptable set compositions include: 3-PW; 3-PW, SW; 4-PW; 4-PW, SW; and 5-PW, SW. Seven-club sets will be priced at 7/8ths of the trade value. All other individual or complementary iron and wedge prices are determined by the set price divided by ten (10). Example: If the "matched" eight-club set price is $300, eight mismatched clubs would be valued at $30 each - or $240 for the mismatched set.
Callaway will not accept individual 5- and 6-irons on trade.
Not all Callaway equipment will be eligible for trade. As noted in the Trade Rules, clubs with certain characteristics may not be traded for new or pre-owned Callaway Golf products under the Trade In! Trade Up! Program. Please see the example photos listed here.

Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of your trade, the participating retailer will subtract the trade value for your clubs from the selling price of the new equipment purchased. If there are any questions or adjustments to be made, your retailer will discuss them with you before accepting the trade.

Pay 100% upfront for your new clubs. We'll issue a refund for the value of your trade-in once we receive, inspect, and process your old clubs.
Simply box up your old clubs, tape our shipping label to the box, and send it our way. Your trade label will contain your trade RA#, so please verify that you are using the correct label.
You have two options: Option #1 - Don't be without your current clubs. After receiving your new clubs, use that same box for shipping. Option #2 - If you have a box large enough for your clubs, box up your old clubs and ship them after placing the trade order.
Pro tip: write your trade confirmation number on the outside of the box using a marker. It will ensure we process your trades as quickly as possible.
The Trade In! Trade Up! Program is not currently available to international customers. Any trades sent to Callaway from outside the United States or Canada will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Callaway is not responsible for shipping charges, non-delivery or damage to trade items during shipment.
Trade refunds will be processed within 14 days of your trade items being delivered to Callaway. If there is a discrepancy, or your clubs do not adhere to the trade rules above, you will be contacted via email for us to dispose of the invalid items or return them to you at your cost.
