Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feeling shaft I bought the G 60 regular flex several weeks ago. Although it is late winter and my season hasn't started yet, I've hit it a number of times at the range in a 2014 Big Bertha 10.5* head. I cut down the butt to play 44.75" and swapped the stock 5 gram head weight for a 9 gram weight and it plays around D3 at about 315 grams total weight. I'm going to be 71 in two days and swing maybe 88-95 with driver. Of course range balls are dead and the air is heavy but the trajectory on decent strikes on or near center face is a thing of beauty. If I go at it full bore with a complete follow through the ball travels medium high with a slight draw tail to it. Just perfect. This shaft has specs similar to the old standby YS-6 but feels a whole bunch smoother. The DSFI published by Hireko lists this as an "E" shaft. Last season I did pretty well with an RBZ head with a DVS shaft in regular which is a "D" according to Hireko. The Graphite Design feels a whole lot better. This appears to be a real deal shaft, not a "made for". My cost from Callaway Pre-owned was about half of what an adapter and raw shaft would cost. And it was, from all appearances, brand new.
