      Big Bertha Drivers Technology Item
      • Hyper Speed Face

Nothing short of groundbreaking – it’s lighter, hotter (of course), and more robust than ever. So we can increase ball speeds across the face in a Total Performance Driver. You probably hit it dead center every time. But even if you don’t, we have you covered.

      • Adjustable Perimeter Weighting

We’ve put our new continuous Adjustable Perimeter Weighting slide toward the rear of the club. That’s why Big Bertha has 20% higher MOI for more forgiveness AND a wider range of Draw and Fade bias options. It all amounts to longer, straighter shots. And those are good things. Very, very good things if you like outdriving your foursome.

      • Advanced Adjustable Hosel

Here’s the quick 3-step process. Step 1: Increase or decrease loft in 1° increments (up to +2° or down -1°) to optimize launch angle and spin. Step 2: Adjust Draw or Neutral bias to optimize shot shape. Step 3: Hit absolute bombs off the tee, maximizing distance with more accuracy. Players really seem to like step 3.

      • Forged Composite

It’s a high strength, lightweight crown that improbably weighs only 8 grams. And here’s what we get by saving weight in the crown: Adjustable Perimeter Weighting, a deeper CG for more forgiveness, and low spin with a lighter, more preferred swing weight. Yep, you really get all that. That’s why when you add more adjustability to a driver, you’ve got to have Forged Composite.

      • Premium Mitsubishi Fubuki High Performance Shaft

Big Bertha has a new lightweight, premium shaft offering from Mitsubishi, who makes some of the most trusted shafts on Tour. It’s called Fubuki Z, and it’s designed to increase energy transfer, resulting in more ball speed while delivering higher launch with low spin, with a smooth, consistent feel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still adjusting I purchased the Epic Flash at 10.5 with the Project X 55 gram shaft in R flex. Felt OK in the store ( Golf Galaxy ) but what I have experienced is a very muted sound from the club and no explosion of distance. My TM M1 was flying a good 15 yards farther. So I have tried some other shafts and with both an Aldila Blue Bayou and a Motore 60-50 gram respectively - the head makes a louder sound and the ball travels farther.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is by far the best driver that I’ve ever owned. This driver is long and accurate. I’m 66 and have gained 10 to 15 yards easily. My drives are averaging around 255 yard. The long ones are 265 to 275. I can’t recommend this club enough. It goes well with my epic blaze 5 wood. There a deadly combination.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DaveO The shaft broke on my RAZR FIT and I needed a driver right away so I got a ROGUE and tried every adjustment but was just not happy with it. I ordered the EPIC and made the initial adjustment of what I thought was best for me and haven't touched it since. Long enough but so very straight. When I don't hit it perfect it has just a slight draw or cut. I love it. I have had several and I mean several of my buddies ask to try it and they all hit it pretty good too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long and Straght don't wait just buy! I had played Callaway Drivers and Irons for a long time. Had a Razor Hawk Driver that was the Bomb! Long and straight until I beat the head into oblivion and it died. I tried a number of drivers since and found one that I settled on. It was a Taylor Made R15. It was my gamer for the last 4 years but started to give me problems. Not sure if it was going bad or if it was me. Anyway I was able to pick up the Epic Flash with the Smoke shaft relatively inexpensive. I kept it wrapped for couple of weeks as I wanted to get fit for it. I was still using the old driver and finally got so mad at it I pulled the wrapping of this one. I took it out and BAM! just like the old days. Long straight with altitude. The last round I played I hit 10 of 14 fairways with the 4 I missed just being off the edge. The bad shots are not the drivers fault they are a swing fault. I wish I would have got this a year and 1/2 ago and stopped trying to use the old driver thinking that it was me. I love this driver and have recommended it to a number of my friends. I am back hitting the drives longer, straighter and the best part has given me confidence in the driver again. Nothing worse than standing on the tee box no knowing where the drive is going to go. Don't wait buy it you will not be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 62 year old, 9 handicap, feel like a kid again! I have never written a review on any product before. This deserves taking the time to do that. My swing has changed. Had arthroscopic surgery on the right knee and my leg drive has just not come back to what it was. I have been chasing my drives all over the course most of this season, seemingly unable to just simply hit it long and down the middle like before. After trying some desperate measures, including cutting down an old Diablo to make a "Moe Norman" club out of it, I went and test hit the new Epic Flash. After hitting it for about 20 minutes on the range at the golf store, I plopped down the money and took it home. We set it up with an Even Flow Project X shaft, at 44 1/2" rather than 46", set the loft at 10 degrees and left the weight at neutral. This morning? 13 pars! Even when I didn't hit the sweet spot, the club delivered an acceptable, playable drive. Hit more fairways than I have ALL season and left my playing partners in the dust off the tee for distance. I can't wait for tomorrow morning! This is a REALLY expensive golf club. I understand why someone would be hesitant to spend that kind of money. I also understand 13 pars. The choice is yours. The club is available to us. I have never seen anything like this in my life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product! Awesome driver! I hit Epic flash driver, 3-wood, 5-wood. I love them all. Although I don’t generate a lot of club head speed, being 75yrs. Old. My drives are longer than my buddies a lot of the time. The ball just shoots off the club face. I definitely recommend Epic Flash clubs to any level golfer!
