Shipping to Other Countries
All international shipments will be sent via DHL and/or UPS International Express services. The shipping provider will be predetermined based upon your shipping destination and may not be selected by preference. We do not offer USPS delivery to international addresses.
All international shipments require payment of taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees described below prior to delivery.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes for Australian residents.
Taxes and Duties
When ordering goods from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet for delivery outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, including DHL or UPS brokerage fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers, and those dispatching products internationally, to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All international shipments will be accompanied by a commercial invoice. The values on the commercial invoice will reflect the total price of the items. We are unable to lower the declared value, or mark the package as anything but a commercially purchased item.
Countries and International Shipping Zones
During the checkout process, international customers are required to select the correct International Shipping Zone for their country. We currently ship to the following countries:
International Zone 1:
Includes Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, England (U.K.), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Northern Ireland (U.K.), Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco,Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Singapore, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, and Vatican City.
International Zone 2:
Includes Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Liechtenstein, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Arab Emirates.
International Zone 3:
Includes American Samoa, Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, South Africa, Uruguay, Vanuatu, and Venezuela.
