Rated 4 out of 5 by More Greens My swing has changed, a bit for the better, so the offset clubs I had ( x-18s) I was missing the green to the left to much, If I set up farther right of the target I wanted, I would pull the club from the trop trying to steer the shot. With the blades I have increased hitting the greens by 32% in a weeks time. When I get the grips on I like.. that should improve as well/ September 17, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Irons I've had in a long time! I had the X-Tours and loved them but wanted a thinner top line and a little more control of the ball. The X-Forged irons gave me what I was looking for! The same nice feel like the Tours but with more control over the ball and it gives great feedback. The better you strike the ball the more they come alive! Thanks Callaway! May 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pure joy...... Much more forgiving than would be expected in a forged, player's iron. February 29, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great blend of blade and forgiveness I'm coming from a set of Hogan Blades with the regular shaft and while I hit them far, I had to aim way right to allow them to come back in. I've got the 6.0 Project X flighted shafts in these and wow are they ever accurate. Even miss hits are still on the green. Love the feedback on miss-hits too. If you don't hit it on the screws, you'll know with these and when you do...can't beat that feeling. Upped my GIR average by 3 or 4 greens a round. Didn't get to play much this year so my cap went down a couple digits but certainly not the club's fault. In my opinion, these are the perfect blend between a blade and muscleback. They're more blade for the clean look enthusiast but an added measure of forgiveness. November 13, 2011

Rated 4 out of 5 by great clubs really improved my game First, have always been a Callaway fan. Bought these clubs used and in great shape. For months tried all major name brands before making a decision and was quite pleased. I have been told for years how hard it was to control forged clubs but that was not true at all. My previous iron sets were more forgiving heads but found that the X-forged was more forgiving and easy to hit. Love the soft feel when the ball trampolines off the club face. I have played eight rounds with these so far my game has improved and feel much more confident on the tee box, fairway and the rough. This has been the best golf purchase I have made. Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the best forged irons out there! Great Feel and easy to bend-customize. February 24, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Irons I have had a set of King Cobra irons since 1995 and decided to take a chance in uprading to a set of blade like clubs. I am a 17 handicap golfer and struggle with a fade, can sometimes hit a draw and almost always hit the ball high in the air. I was a little unsure if I could hit these because to be honest with my cobra's I had no idea if I usually hit the sweet spot. Well I have no problem hitting the sweet spot with these clubs. When I don't hit the sweet spot, the ball still goes the same as it did (or better) with my old super forgiving clubs. The only difference now is I can tell that I haven't hit the sweet spot (=numb hands) and I can tell if I missed it off the toe or close to the nozzle. When I do hit the sweet spot (which is most of the time) I can barely feel the ball come off the club face... a feeling which was rare with my old clubs. To summarize if you get the ball in the air with your old irons, you will get the ball in the air with these... it will just make the game a lot more fun (if that's possible). April 16, 2012
