Women's Solaire II 14-Piece Complete Set
These are easy to hit, light and beautiful...not sure they are going to be durable.
Hit a hidden rock with my sand wedge and took a pretty good chunk out of my wedge...it doesn't seem to be solid. I was disappointed with the soft metal. I am pretty careful with my clubs (will send it back to the company for a replacement...see what happens).
The driver has a considerable amount of loft and pop fly's are common, with so many women in my league hitting grounders I am sure that that would be nice for a lot of the older women who have a hard time hitting high off the tee. I feel I am loosing a lot of distance with this lofted driver but, it does make it easier to fallow the ball in air.
The shafts have a LOT of flex to them, like beginner snow ski's.
Since playing with these I have actually dropped a few stroke off of my handicap (4). The club choices are different from my old set so am learning what to do with new clubs. The MAGIC may disappear once I have had them for a while longer or pay the visa bill.
The light green color and design are pretty, bag is not as functional as my old one,.already dirty. I'll go back to my old plaid bag. The driver covers are a pain to put on but I haven't had a problem with any of them unraveling.
Over all if they will replace my sand wedge I will be satisfied.

She is finally happy!!!
At the age of 58 she is starting to golf. She tried many other brands, but these were the easiest for her to swing and hit the ball well. The swing weight made a lot of difference for her. They are also the most forgiving clubs she tried. The reviews of the previous solaire clubs were disappointing due to the breakage issues. But the solaire II clubs are putting up with her pounding them into the ground. She is very happy and so am I!! The very best thing about them is that she does not hurt in the elbow shoulder and neck any more (and she was really really hurting) The only thing we don't like is the light color of the bag. I had to get the XF clubs that I am very pleased with!

This set has good and bad features
Love the set But the driver has too much of a loft which gives me pop flys off the tee. Teeing down the 3 wood gives me better distance. The head covers fray easily and have been replaced. The 5 wood shaft split and Callaway replaced with a Dialbo because it was going to take several months to replace the Solaire. All the other clubs in the set are great. Best wedges and hybrids that I have played with.

Love these clubs
I love playing wih these clubs,
I'm a newbie, but decided to buy a
great set of clubs to learn on
and these came highly reccommended
and I've not been dissappointed.
Yes, the light weight of these clubs are great
I was bummed that the bag only came in two colors,
but I went for the lite color despite the fact that they
get dirtier faster.
I love these clubs!

I am very happy with the Callaway clubs, however, they should make matching towels for this God-awful green bag!

I play like a complete different person with those clubs, I used to have trouble hitting with hybrids and woods with my old clubs, but with this set, hybrids and woods become my favorite! The irons are good too, I can hit a lot farther with the 9 iron in this set than longer irons with other brands. I like the cart bag too(vs. standing bag), but hate the green color. Wish the bags come in pink or purple.
I almost don't want to recommend this product to other lady golfers who I play with, as they will become a lot more competitive and beat me on the course if they get this set too.

Even though I am new to golfing, I decided to buy the 14 piece complete set. I have only played with them twice but so far they are lightweight, and easy to manage for a relatively smaller 5'2" girl like me! I noticed the putter sends the ball across the putting green very fast and I had to really hold back on the putting green so I don't go beyond the hole, but it became useful when I tried to putt uphill. Also, being only 5'2", I was not measured as a petite but I noticed some of the other womens clubs were about an inch longer than this set. I found the length of the fair woods and driver much easier for me to use because they seemed significantly shorter than other complete women's sets. I am very glad that I went with the shorter driver and fair woods because some of the other companies drivers seemed unmanageable for a beginner. Between the hybrids and irons, there is a large selection and I don't wonder if I need to try any other kinds of clubs when I am using the set. Also, I love the style of the golf bag! There is ample space for a few large water bottles, a large cosmetic bag that I use to carry extra balls, and things needed on the course, and more. I really like the extra key ring wallet on the side because it's very handy for all the extra things you don't want to go digging for and great to just take off the bag for lunch or whatever. Great design, style and function for a woman, and I will likely continue to buy and recommend this brand for other women similar to me.

A great value in women's clubs
My wife decided to take up the game and after having her use some "clones" we started shopping for clubs. We looked at these particular clubs at one of the big box stores and knew that they offered a lot of features for her. They are light and balanced; the lighter swing weight allows her to make a nice swing. They are gapped nicely too. Just get a wedge and you are set. Depending on the golfer, the putter may be a tad short. Clubs were in excellent condition and looked as if they had never been struck.
