Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet is the official source Certified Pre-Owned Callaway Golf products. Current owners of Callaway Golf products or any other manufacturers such as Ping, Nike and TaylorMade may use Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet to trade their older model products for Certified Pre-Owned Callaway Golf clubs. Trading with Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet involves three simple steps:

Shop for the item(s) you would like to purchase from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet:
- Find the clubs you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
- Before you check out, find the item you want to trade in on our Trade Values page.
- Be sure to review our Trade Rules
 make sure your trade club(s) qualify.
- Click on the name of the club you want to trade (from the Trade Values page) and follow the instructions to add it to your shopping cart.
- When you have added all of your trades to your shopping cart, you are ready to checkout!
You're ready for Step 2...
 
You will receive a Trade Confirmation Number via e-mail once you have placed your order. Print this number on the box you use to send us your trade items. If you like, you can even use the box you receive from us to send us your trade!

We will issue payment for your trade in clubs within
ten (10) business days of receiving your trade. We will submit payment
in the same form you used to make your purchase (i.e. credit card,
check).
Note:
In the event that the payment to be submitted back to you exceeds the
amount charged for your purchase (due to credits, refunds, returns or
for any other reason), any additional payment will be provided to you
in the form of an in-store credit good toward a future purchase from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet.
