Comments about Callaway Golf Steelhead Plus Fairway Woods:

I have the Steelhead Plus 3 wood so it was natural to get the Steelhead Plus 5 wood, have only hit it at the Golf Dome(its winter here) but it feels just like the 3 wood and that is great!

Comments about Callaway Golf Steelhead Plus Fairway Woods:

This is my second pre-owned Callaway fairway club. I normally use a #5 fairway club out of the rough because of additional loft. This club not only gets me out of the rough but provides more distance than I've ever gotten with my old #5 fairway club. I am a satisfied customer!

what is the difference between the steelhead and the steel head plus?

Asked on 11/18/2009 by Anonymous from Leawood

                    • CUSTOMER CARE

                      A:

The main difference is that the Stellhead Plus fairway woods have a newer face with VFT Technology, which allows increased ball speed off the clubhead and more forgiveness on off-center hits. Both clubs also have S2H2 and Tru-Bore technology for better feel and consistency.
