TaylorMade Firesole irons combine the perfect mix of materials depending on the iron to maximize distance and trajectory. Tungsten titanium in the sole of the long irons assist in getting the ball airborne while the mid irons are steel and use tungsten weighting in the heel and toe to stabilize the clubhead at impact for accurate shots. The short irons in the Firesole irons are nickel to provide soft feel and feedback on the touch shots.
