Rated 5 out of 5 by Two Times The Best 3 wood ever owned
Obtained one of these after my last Steelhead 3+ was stolen (along with the rest of my clubs) from the back of my car. The first Steelhead 3+ may be one of the best 3 woods ever made - must have had it 20 years.
That's coming from a scratch golfer that has played every 3 wood on the market. Sure, with the Steelhead 3+ you can't adjust the loft and lie with a neat wrench and your choice of shafts is limited (1 maybe?) (Memphis 10?). But none of this matters - the club is and always has been pure in all its dimensions and specifications.
That said, I don't like the Callaway grip that feels really funny at the butt of the grip - bubbled almost. But grips are grips and once you throw a Tour Wrap on this baby, build it up with an extra few layers of tape you are ready to go.
A word of caution - the shaft takes a bit getting used to. At first your slight draws may appear as duck hooks - at least mine did. That changes for the most part, though I do find that I need to aim a bit further right than I usually do to compensate for a 260 yard "enhanced draw."

Used my buddy Tongs fairway woods. I knew then I had to find my own when he wouldn't sell me his.

This was a replacement for my 3-wood I "lost" during a move. It's like an old friend.
