Shipping Methods, Rates & Restrictions

Shipping to US

Most of the products shipped within the contiguous U.S. are delivered via UPS Ground® Services. You also have the option of choosing UPS Second Day Air or UPS Next Day Air as you are checking out.

UPS Ground® Services (Flat Rate Shipping & Handling):

Orders shipped via UPS Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility. All orders shipped out via ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. will be charged according to our one-price shipping & handling rate of $9.95, regardless of the number of items shipped. Orders placed prior to 2:00PM CST will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, pending verification. Orders that include custom options may require an additional business day to ship.

UPS Intercepts:

Any change of address post shipment, (UPS Intercept), will incur a $15.00 USD charge per tracking number. This request must be initiated by phone at 1-800-200-4726.

UPS Ground Service Schedules

UPS delivers all shipments Monday – Friday to both Commercial and Residential Addresses.

UPS Second Day Air Service:

If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to UPS Second Day Air. There is an additional fee for this upgrade.Note: UPS Second Day Air items ordered on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. UPS Second Day Air items ordered on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday. Orders placed prior to 2:00PM CST will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, pending verification. Orders that include custom options may require an additional business day to ship.

UPS Standard Overnight®:

If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to UPS Standard Overnight®. There is an additional fee for this upgrade. Typically, UPS Standard Overnight® items arrive one business day after leaving our facility, with delivery by 12:00PM. Note: UPS Standard Overnight® items ordered on Friday will typically arrive the following Monday. Orders placed prior to 2:00PM CST will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, pending verification. Orders that include custom options may require an additional business day to ship.

Alaska/Hawaii Shipping Options:

Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS 2-3 Day® Service. Ground service to Alaska or Hawaii is not available. Orders placed prior to 2:00PM CST will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, pending verification. Orders that include custom options may require an additional business day to ship.

Shipping to US Territories

While we can ship most items to US Territory addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to US Territory addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 business days.

If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, a claim will be filed with the United States Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.

APO/FPO Addresses

While we can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 business days.

If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, a claim will be filed with the United States Postal Service. Canadian customers have one available shipping option:
UPS International Express.

UPS International Express Service:
Canadian customers can have orders shipped via UPS International Express only. Typically, items shipped via UPS International Express are delivered to Canadian addresses within three business days after leaving our facility. Canadian orders will be subjected to a 15% Canadian sales tax (Federal Goods and Services Tax GST and Local Provincial Sales Tax PST) paid by UPS when going through customs. The buyer will reimburse UPS for these taxes upon delivery via COD.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All international shipments will be accompanied by a commercial invoice.The values on the commercial invoice will be set to exactly what was paid for the product. We cannot lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but a commercially purchased item.

Taxes and Duties
When ordering goods from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned for delivery outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We ship packages to international addresses using UPS International Express services. This is the only option for international delivery. For security purposes, we do not offer USPS delivery to international addresses.

All packages are shipped signature required for fraud protection with insurance included in the charge.

We are not able to ship to PO boxes for Australian residents.

Taxes and Duties

Countries and International Shipping Zones
During the checkout process, international customers are required to select the correct International Shipping Zone for their country. We currently ship to the following countries:

International Zone 1:
Includes Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, England (U.K.), France, Germany, Hong Kong, Northern Ireland (U.K.), Republic of Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco,Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Singapore, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, and Vatican City.

International Zone 2:
Includes Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brunei, China, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Liechtenstein, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Arab Emirates.

International Zone 3:
Includes American Samoa, Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, South Africa, Uruguay, Vanuatu, and Venezuela.

*Note: If you do not find your country on this list, we are not currently shipping to your location.

Shipping problems, while not common, can happen. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us at 800-826-6174 for assistance.

If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and contact us at our toll free number. A Customer Service Representative will process a claim with UPS and give you further instructions.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet Customer Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with UPS, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location, and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.

In cases of both loss and damage caused during delivery to international addresses, a replacement item can only be sent once a claim with UPS has been processed and completed. The intended recipient may be required to provide a signed statement attesting to the non-delivery as part of the claims process.

Condition Disputes
We provide a 100% guarantee on the condition of our clubs. We take great care in certifying every pre-owned Callaway Golf club we sell, including the assignment of a condition rating. If, during the first 15 days following the receipt of the purchase, you wish to return any product in the exact condition that you received it (has not been played with), a 100 percent refund will be given for the price you paid for the product. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the original shipping, handling and taxes and any costs incurred during the return of the club to us.

Club Received Does Not Match Your Order
If the club you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department at 512-247-7617 (or via e-mail at support@callawaygolfoutlet.com) for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Buy-Back Guarantee
We are happy to offer our unique Buy-Back Guarantee on items shipped internationally. Please keep in mind that should you choose to take advantage of the Buy-Back Guarantee, you will be responsible for all shipping costs required to return the club to us in the U.S. In addition to the cost of a replacement item, you are also responsible for any taxes, duties and shipping & handling costs to send the replacement item to you.

Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will cover the shipping costs for a replacement in which Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet was at fault or that qualifies for repair through our 12-Month Limited Warranty. Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will only cover replacement shipping & handling costs to the original shipping destination of the order. Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will not cover International shipping & handling costs for a repair or replacement on orders shipped to a domestic US address.
