We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to keep your order information secure. This means all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address, cannot be read by anyone except as provided in our Privacy Policy.

All items listed on Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we encourage our customers to act fast if they find a product they are interested in. If the product you are interested in has already been sold, you will be notified that the item is not available at the time you try to add the item to your shopping cart.

Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will buy back any club for a fixed price - determined at the original time of purchase - for an in-store credit. This is NOT a cash refund. The in-store credit is good for one year toward the purchase of any other product sold by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet. To redeem the in-store credit, call 800-826-6174 to speak directly to one of our sales representatives. Any in-store credit not used within one year of receipt will become void and will no longer be applicable toward a purchase.

Please note that accessories do not qualify for the Buy-Back Guarantee. Once an accessory has been used, it cannot be returned.

The amount we will pay under the Buy-Back Guarantee is based on the length of time you have played the club:

If you determine that you would like us to buy your club back from you, simply contact us by phone at 800-826-6174 or by e-mail at support@callawaygolfoutlet.com. We will authorize the buy-back and determine the associated in-store credit you will receive based on the amount of time you have owned the club. You must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending the club back to us (see Return Policy below). You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the buy-back club(s) to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet. Returned items must be received within 10 days of issuing the RMA to receive your in-store credit.

Club Wear:
We only require that the clubs experience "normal" use and do not have any chips, dings or pop-up marks as set out in our standard Trade In! Trade Up! Program. If there is structural damage to a club, or if there is any physical work done to a club (reshaft, loft or lie tweak, length adjustment, etc.), the buy-back obligation will be voided. Regripping is always ok and will have no effect on the buy-back price.

Warranty Coverage:

Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet ("CGPO") warrants its golf clubs are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months following the date of purchase from CGPO. CGPO will, without charge to the customer, repair the club or any part thereof which proves to be defective during normal use within the first twelve months after the date of purchase or, at its option, replace the club with a new or refurbished club. Paint and other cosmetic finishes, subject to normal wear and tear, like ball marks or scratches on the clubhead caused by ball strikes or failure to use headcovers, are not covered by this warranty but can be repaired for a fee. In order to obtain warranty service, simply contact Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet at 800-826-6174, or by email at support@callawaygolfoutlet.com, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return the product to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, 9013 Tuscany Way, Building 1, Suite 110, Austin, TX 78754.

Shipping Charges:

The customer will be responsible for any charges incurred during the shipment of the warranteed club to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet for warranty service. Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet will provide return service of the repaired/replaced club to the customer at no charge.

Alterations to Warranteed Clubs:

The Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet 12-month limited warranty is good for as long as the club remains in the form in which it was sent to the original customer. Any aftermarket alteration made to the club by anyone other than Callaway Golf or Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, including length changes, lie adjustments, re-shafting or other shaft alterations, will void the warranty. The exception to this is regripping, which does not void the warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. CALLAWAY GOLF DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY; INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE CONSUMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS: A CONSUMER MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS DEPENDING UPON WHERE HE OR SHE LIVES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG A WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE.

Safety:

A golf club can be a dangerous piece of equipment. Users should only swing a club in an area cleared of people and other impediments. Golf club shafts are fragile, whether they are made of graphite or metal. Shafts may break, and broken shafts may cause injury. Shafts should not be abused, and should be inspected periodically to determine if cracking or breaking has occurred. Callaway Golf equipment should not be altered or changed in any way, except for re-gripping, other than at the Company's factory in Carlsbad, California or other authorized repair center.

All Callaway Golf woods are shipped with our exclusive Barrel headcovers (a $14.99 value). These new, multi-purpose headcovers are designed to match any Callaway Golf club and are only available with Certified Pre-Owned Callaway Golf clubs.

Original Callaway Golf Headcovers
Provided we have one in stock, you may also purchase an original model-specific headcover. These are available in various conditions ranging from Good to Very Good. Note: If you purchase a Callaway Golf club and its matching headcover, your order will also include one of our exclusive Callaway Golf Barrel headcovers at no cost.If you are looking for a headcover from a discontinued Callaway Golf product and you do not see it listed on our Headcovers page, please contact us for availability at 800-826-6174 or via email at support@callawaygolfoutlet.com.

Other Manufacturer Equipment
Trade equipment from other manufacturers will not include a headcover. It is possible that a matching headcover may be available for purchase, but because they are not required for trade items, headcovers are not included with the purchase of non-Callaway Golf products.
