Comments about Callaway Golf Big Bertha Irons (2006):

I'm still a mediocre golfer, but in 72 holes I've played since getting these clubs, I've yet to slice a single ball. I've actually hooked a couple into the rough and one out of bounds, but after years of fighting a slice, I'll glady take those.

Comments about Callaway Golf Big Bertha Irons (2006):

I bought the 8 and 9 irons to replace hybrid irons of a different brand. I love these irons. The ball just launches off the face. All my shots are straight with great loft. Works fabulous in the rough, too. These are the first Callaway clubs I've ever owned. I'm now thinking of buying a whole set of new irons.

Was playing with an old set of blades. I am hitting these clubs 20-30 yds longer and much straighter. I love the feel of the graphite shafts. Very satisfied with the Callaway preowned shopping experience, as well.

                          A:

Flex point or kick point in the golf club shaft is the spot in the shaft that has the greatest bend when it is being swung. A shaft with a higher kick point will feel more stiff and the ball will have a little bit lower trajectory. A shaft with a lower kick point will feel more flexible at the tip or close to the club head and the ball will come off the face with a little bit higher trajectory.

                          A:

A uniflex shaft is in between a regular and stiff flex and is the most common shaft in golf. It adjusts to your swing speed so if you swing fast it will play as a stiff, and if you swing slower it plays like a regular flex. This shaft would fit swing speeds from 80-100 mph.
