Product Overview

The new FT-5 Tour Driver is the latest evolution in clubhead design utilizing our revolutionary Fusion Technology. 50 grams of discretionary weight has been created using a Carbon Fiber Body — creating the OptiFit Weighting System that produces three center of gravity configurations: Draw, Neutral and Fade. The larger, more robust CT/VFT Titanium cup face is designed to the legal limit, as defined by the USGA Characteristic Time test, resulting in increased ball speed, distance and forgiveness — even on miss-hits. The Tour model (designated by half-degree lofts – 8.5°, 9.5° and 10.5°) has a slightly open face providing highly skilled golfers a more pleasing look at address and increased workability.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-5 Tour Drivers:

I have had 4 Callaway drivers ever since my first, the orginal Big Bertha. I decided to try something new and got a Cobra Pro Speed S, 8.5 degree about a year and a half ago (bad decision). I thought I was getting older and weaker, I noticed I lost nearly 20 yards on slight mishits and 5-10 when I hit it on the screws. I had not lost any distance on my irons so I decided to go back to what used to work. I bought a pre-owned FT-5, 8.5 degree. I couldn't be happier with the condition of the club. It had a new grip, head cover and the face was refinished. The only way I could tell it had been used was by a few scratches on the sole of the club. I got my 20 yards back and it's just as easy to work left and right as the Cobra! Could be the best value I ever got out of one club.

Comments about Callaway Golf FT-5 Tour Drivers:

Be careful who you let read this....as I'm enjoying beating everyone who joins in with our foursome. I just could not believe the improvement over the older clubhead technology; THIRTY yards more distance and in the short grass. My long time golfing buddy trembles when the big stick comes out of bag.....today I hit 318yrds to a tough par four and pitched the ball against the flag stick....should be against the law for a non PGA player to hit the ball that far! One last thing...I don't work for Callaway and I've never written any kind of product reveiw in my life. And........when this "used club" was delivered to my front door and I open the box like kid at Christmas it looked brand spanking new...in fact I think it was. So, do you think I'm a happy camper....you guess.

This club has me hitting more fairways consistently and hitting the ball straight and long. The draw bias really helped to correct my natural fade. This is a great club.

Im so happy i switched my x460 9* for a Ft-5 10.5*. It seems much easier to hit that long straight drive and my slice is gone. A very nice buy for the price!

Condition will not affect the playablity of any of our clubs. you will hit an average driver just as far and straight as a like new driver.
