The club is great. It has straightened out my drive. I drove the green on a 320 yard par 4. I had a 3 inch tap in eagle. I wish I would have gotten this club sooner.

I've owned my BBB (9*) for over 10 years now - I re-shafted it - with a stiffer shaft to accommodate my 110+ mph swing. Three years ago I placed this club on the shelf (retired it), and started using a Callaway Hawkeye VFT driver - I found the Hawkeye to not be as forgiving as the BBB, however, IF, I hit the sweet spot with the Hawkeye it produced some of the looongest drives I have ever hit. I average 280+ with my BBB. To make a long story short, the Hawkeye was stolen, and I kinda lost my interest in golf, until recently. I dusted off my BBB, looked at its scarred + polished face, and wondered if the old lady could dance again... well she did, and I can't believe she still has the "pop" to drive the ball. I am very competitive in the tee box - I do not like be to be out driven... I am one of the longer drivers in my group of friends... Now that most of my friends have graduated to 460cc clubs - I am being "challenged", and out driven. These BBB still "have it" - and with the smaller club head I find it easy to "mold" a fade... I am still in love with the BBB - but I too must graduate to the 460cc - I have recently purchased the FT-3 Callaway 9.5* Tour model (VFT face)... I long for the drives I produced with my Hawkeye VFT driver (part of the problem I had - was the closed face it had from the factory). Callaway produces the only drivers I will buy - I am a loyal customer. The Biggest Big Bertha may be the best "all around" club they've ever produced (my opinion)... But the FT-3 (which I have not hit yet) is supposedly a well constructed beast (from the reviews I have read).

I`m happy with its condition considering it being a used club-I like that I got a great club at a low price and the fact that I can smash the ball farther and straighter just makes it that much better

Great driver, hits far and straight. Everybody in my foursome carries one of these: I use the 8 degree, the rest carry 7 degree and 11 degree, and my dad loves his 12 degree. It gets the ball up in the air without the "baloon effect". It cuts through the wind well. Distance is very good, not as long as the GBB, but a lot straighter.

I have 4 Callaway drivers, 2 Warbirds, Great Big, and Biggest. However, I just don't seem to get any big distance off the tee. I range from 170-210 with any driver, no matter what kind. I seem to get longer drives from a 40 year old Haig Ultra. I even get around 180 from 100 year old Hickory shafted drivers.
