Product Overview

The Mizuno F-50 is made of a carbon fiber, composite crown and stainless steel face thatpositions the center of gravity low and back in the club for high initial launch trajectory and carry distance. Mizuno F-50 fairway woods possess dual recessed speed plate sole design that reduces turf drag for enhanced playability from any lie. The F-50 woods provide a perfect combination of distance, trajectory and playability due to the re-positioned weight from the lightweight composite crown. The Mizuno F-50 woods made the 2006 Golf Digest Hot List.

Love it, great weight and balance Had the 7 wood and had to get this May 28, 2011
Understated excellence The F-50 is a surprisingly good fairway metal. The head size is perfect and the shape is classic. The composite head generates a slightly muted feel yet produces a crack sound at impact. Distance is longer than comparable woods. I use my woods mostly from the turf, and the F-50 goes through the rough very well. The stock exsar shaft is decent. The only drawback is the lie angle is more upright than most fairway woods in the market. Great headcover and grip. November 16, 2010
High Quality Fairway Wood Not the longest club perhaps, but well designed and solid on the course. No complaints. Probably better suited for the experienced player. August 2, 2009
