Product Overview

The Hawk Eye VFT Irons are everything that Callaway Golf has learned about iron design poured into a titanium package. A unique casting process creates a large, lightweight titanium clubhead with perimeter weighting and VFT Technology; the striking appearance is created by a proprietary finishing process. But the real beauty is an internal weight pocket that positions mass deep and low across the clubface for extraordinary trajectory and control with plenty of feel and forgiveness. Sure, they are smart and gorgeous. But they are designed to make you look like a genius.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST SET OF IRONS I EVER HAD After playing the S2H2 irons both the steel shaft and the graphite shaft I was ready for a new iron, the larger head was easy to get used to. It added 15 yards to my 3 iron and about 10 with my 7,8,9 and wedge and also improved my accuracy. I am 60 plus years old and can still hit it with the younger guys November 15, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by These sticks are Callaway at their best! I have owned four different sets of Callies, & although each set were very good, these are very special. Quality, looks, feel & playability are all in this package. Being a lefty, I was very pleased to find a set. If you are in the market for a new set you should give them a serious look. I have played a lot of different irons & these are some of the finest. Callaway pulled out all the stops on these puppies. A long time pro & very good friend of many years once told me that just because it's new doesn't make it better. January 6, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good old timers (10 years old now) Fantastic clubs.Have played them for 10 years now in the UK and they are still as good as when I got them. Have replaced the graphite 5 & 8 iron shaft and it looks like the 5 iron need re-shafting soon again. Last time I was told that I might not get the same shaft again given the age of the clubs and new product developments. A new shaft is £80 or $130. Maybe soon have to change the entire set but to what? Also have a set of X20 in the USA - not in the same league. December 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Best cast clubs ever made IMO! If you can't hit these, it's not the clubs! January 27, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Definetly would buy again These clubs feel good when you stand over the ball. Large sweet spot and solid feel lead to instant confidence. December 6, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hawk Eye VFT Irons I traded in a VFT graphite shaft set for a steel shaft set. This trade was for my son who at 15 is 6'2" tall. So I had 1 inch extensions added to shafts. He had played his best rounds of golf the last few times out and had the second best score on his JV golf team the last time out. (Big Improvement) November 20, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by great set of all around clubs Got these clubs to replace similiar set with steel shafts. Like the extra power from the graphite shafts. October 25, 2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by Gread club head. dislike the shafts always wanted these irons. Got a great deal on them so took a chance. The feel is soft with good control. But i hate the stiff graphite shafts i lost i good 2 clubs in length. having them reshafted to steel which should help the flex of the club at impact. October 22, 2011
