    Features & Benefits

Unmatched Roll with our New Microhinge Face Insert

This new technology will change the way people look at roll off the putter face forever. Our Microhinge Insert Technology provides incredible gains in topspin and roll at impact regardless of your stroke. The stainless steel Microhinge plate is co-molded into our Thermoplastic Elastomer Feel Layer, providing great feel and the new geometry of the hinges and urethane together help to get the ball into a better roll at impact.

New and Improved Versa Alignment Technology

Major championships…check. This revolutionary high contrast alignment technology allows your eyes to key in on the linear designs to highlight the proper face angle from address to impact for alignment throughout your putting stroke. The new red highlight lines give you an additional aid to make sure you’re lined up exactly to your target.

    Tour Proven Shapes

These are some of our most prolific models that have dominated Tour events and major championships for years. As the #1 putter across the major tours, we’re constantly working with the best players in the world to develop and tweak shapes for ultimate performance.

    Our Promise For Odyssey Putters

An Odyssey Putter is a promise made. Sure, we design each of our putters to help you slay more demons and sink more putts. But we also design them to withstand any kind of punishment you can dish out and we back them up with an Odyssey assurance of quality. We rarely see a putter returned, but if you find a defect within a two-year period, we’ll repair it or replace it. No questions asked. And that’s a promise kept.

    Odyssey O-Works #7 White/Black/White Putter is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adjust to New Tech Needed some practice time to get use to the counterbalance grip. Then hinged face really helped me get the ball to the hole which is a problem for me when I feel nerves/pressure. It is not necessarily a hot face, but gives me a little extra roll. Adjusted my normal grip slightly to take advantage of the counter-balance type grip. It is NOT difficult but I needed to experiment. I had tried the longer counterbalanced putters and could not adjust on longer putts. This one is easy to adjust with a little practice. The alignment aides are very helpful from 6 feet and closer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feel and extremely stable The insert feels just like a milled insert, just tad softer. I love the white/black/white and black shaft look, extremely easy to line up. Coming from a couple different Scotty Cameron's, I'm extremely happy with everything. Warning though for good players or players that are picky about equipment, the head weight in all club length is the same, so 34 and 33 inch putters feel fairly light. Odyssey has a weight kit, but I just wished they put the correct weight in the bottom to make all putters feel identical like Scotty Cameron's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Benchmark remains with microhinge face. The Odyssey#7 is a standard barer for a face balanced mallet. The addition of the microhinge face, the feel and roll it provides and versa alignment make this Odyssey's best #7 to date.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only one drawback but its big I tried the #7 from the series before which had the stainless mesh face over plastic. It seemed really hot and although we play on really slow greens at my course I do play other courses with faster greens and after watching all the videos and listening to all the reviews I thought I'd give this new generation with the micro hinge face a try. As far as the putter its PERFECT to putt with . It is a little less jumpy then the last generation and I couldn't ask for a better feeling putter.. But here is the rub with the micro hinge face, it bends real easy. Imagine a tongue hanging straight down , better not hit the bottom were its unsupported . So the first time I used it my putter cover came off while driving the cart and one of my wedges banged up against the face and I had a 3 of the tongues bent. A dental tool and a small hammer got those straight. Better never lose your head cover or your going to have problems for sure. If your the kind of golfer that has a temper and tosses your putter ,the micro hinge face is not for you.
