Win with Power and Precision. Tighter Shots. Shorter Putts. Lower Scores.

The new RAZR X Tour Irons are designed for low-to-mid handicap players looking for a next-generation combination of playability and workability. While other irons chase one specific performance attribute, RAZR Technology provides the optimal balance of distance, accuracy and feel with tour-inspired styling. The Callaway RAZR X is an iron with uncompromised performance, and it’s just another reason why Callaway has been the #1 Irons in Golf for the last 14 years and counting.

    • RAZR Technology: Shifts the center of gravity 23% lower and 18% deeper on the Callaway RAZR X irons, providing enhanced playability while retaining the turf interaction advantages of a thin sole iron.
    • VFT® Power System: Fully integrated clubface/undercut cavity system for the RAZR X irons that enables our engineers to precisely position the CG and engineer the face of each individual iron to maximize ball speed.
    • Compact Head Shape: Smaller profile with less offset and a thinner topline for a sleeker look at address produces the workability and control sought by better players.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect club for me! For the last few years I had Demo'd a number of game improvement clubs to replace my old titleist 690 CB's. I loved the irons but now need something more forgiving. I went to numerous demo days and tried all the major club club companies irons. After narrowing the search to titleist ap2, ap1, mizuno jpx forged, and the Apex irons, I went to a PGA Store and two different golf galaxy stores to continue testing the three irons. The Apex irons with the recoil shafts were hands down the best for me. I loved the look of the irons. The progressive offsets, and the size, and the forgiveness of the iron was the perfect combination for me. I gained as much as 12 to 15 yards further in distance which I needed to get back as I am now 64. The clubs are very workable as I can draw and fade shots as needed. As I said, the perfect clubs for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive, but still a great iron set. Bought irons for the distance and appearance of the pro head. Like the feel and sound on a well struck ball. The styling of the head is pleasing and promotes confidence. I have other sets of clubs that are similar in that they are dialed up in the loft category for distance claims and they are just as expensive. Of course if the price is all your looking for, there are sets out there of you.The finish has held up well and cleans easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sticks I spent a couple of hours in the cage at my local pro shop hitting different irons. We went through every brand of club and a bunch of different head/shaft combinations. After all that, I decided on the Apex Pro's (custom specs per my fitter's advice). I was a little apprehensive because my game (mid-hdcp) doesn't justify stepping up to "player's irons" like these. I am thrilled that I did! These irons are the best feeling irons I've ever hit. I'll grant you that they aren't as forgiving as some of the cavity-back sets available, but these clubs will definitely reward a smooth swing and a strike on the sweet spot. Now I know how the PGA players get such seemingly ridiculous distance. If you hit these flush, they will send it! Distance isn't the only thing though. It is very easy to work the ball with these clubs too. I was able to hit some gentle draws with the mid-irons. Something that I've never been able to before. Great sticks Callaway!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love these irons I used Taylormade woods and irons for many years - over 30. I was not happy with the fitting I received for my TM M2 driver so I brought it back and was fitted for an X16 driver. After that, I was hooked on Callaway. I purchased a new Epic Driver, Epic 3 metal and Epic irons. These irons are better than anything I had before (as are the woods). They are long and I really like the weighting. I had them fitted with two degrees upright (and a slightly oversized grip) which is better for my swing. These irons have me swinging smoother and making better contact - which is probably the best compliment I can give. I would never invest in a high end set this this without being fitted. After this experience, I will never buy any set without being fitted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scam .5 extra ball speed compared to apex? These are a scam. I bet they were going to replace the Apex (year 2) irons but the apex's were still doing well so callaway did not want to eat the cost and they came up with these "premium clubs". I am a huge callaway fan but do not support this club by any means. very clicky feel and i hit them on my instructors trackman and saw no gains in performance just a massive increase in price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing value for a course friendly musical instrument These are LOUD. The feel and look is amazing, the finish is sexy and looks great behind the ball. A little chunkier than I would have thought I'd like, but they are light so it is deceptively manageable. They had a tendency to go a little left for me, but I weakened my grip slightly and they were straight as an arrow with a normal swing. A lot of people complain about the price, but these are clubs I will be hitting for a good five years or more, and if they cost $800 more than another set, thats only about $12 a month and I spend that on a bucket of range balls. People spend SO much money on drivers, and other stuff, but bellyache over the cost of the most central tool to their game - worth the money! I'm glad to see a mainstream manufacturer stepping up their iron game they way that everybody has been doing with drivers for the last decade.
