    Features & Benefits

    Premium Forged Construction

The 1025 Carbon Steel forging gives Apex Pro the soft, responsive feel that the best players in the world demand. These types of players KNOW their stuff, so we give them what they want. And what they want seems to work pretty darn well.

    Tungsten Weighted Inserts

They’re tungsten inserts in the soles of the long irons. They make these irons incredibly easy to hit, AND deliver Tour type launch conditions too. Now that's a solid combo!

    High Performance Wide Grooves

More consistent spin and pinpoint control out of whatever lie you’re playing from. You get distance. You get consistency. And you get to take on more pins.

    New KBS Tour V Shaft

Piercing flight, check. Smooth feel, yep. Faster ball speeds, you bet. All from a new premium shaft offering that’s built to maximize energy transfer.

2014 Golf Digest Hot List Gold Medal

“With a slightly wider sole than the X Forged and a new groove design that delivers higher launch out of the rough, this is a club that higher single-digit handicappers can appreciate, and one even Ben Hogan would be proud of.” - Golf Digest

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The lofts of the clubs are a little strong for what I like a 7 iron for me I would like around 35* and this is 33* This is a great product I would give this iron to some one who is a 8-15 handicap but the lofts are just a little too strong for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Preferred to 16 Bought just as the Apex Pro 16 came available. Greatly preferred these. The finish is a little meh, but these near-blades are superior. I've only had 7 sets of irons in 50 years. I have great confidence in these and recommend them without qualification.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Show major wear - Low Quality Finish Before you order you should understand that "like new" doesn't mean that they won't be beat up and scared up. I ordered like new and they showed up destroyed see pictures. It took several weeks to figure out this issue and I came away dissatisfied and will not buy from Callaway Pre-owned again. Take caution they need better customer service and quality control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Irons These irons rival the soft feel of a forged Mizuno, yet feature the longest distance for a players iron I've ever encountered. The stock shaft options are incredible, and if I had one complaint, it would be that the finish on the irons is less than stellar. AFter two rounds, the faces of the irons look like they've seen a war zone. Small price to pay i guess, but not when you're paying $1200+

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A great club - but not for me... Sorry for my personal bias. My expectations of the particular Apex iron were a little higher than realized. The club didn't seem to have the heft or 'substance' I was looking for. It struck me as particularly light compared to what I'm used to. Sorry...I returned it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Irons!! Got them with Recoil Graphite, easy on elbows and shoulders but retain that smooth forged club feel.. Customized to 2 up spec, delivered as requested. Could not be more pleased, this set replaces my Razr Xtours with PX 6.0 which have been great irons...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feel of forged with a litle help I have played blades, (Mizuno) and moved to Callaway X-forged 2007 models and have never found anything that I liked as well until now. These feel like they glide through the ball, you get feedback on where it's hit, and a little help on a mishit. For me the perfect combination. After trying, virtually everything, and buying with my own money 4 other game improvement sets, these are better than all of them - Titleist AP1, Taylormade Burner 2.0, Adams CB3 Forged and Callaway X2Hot Pro. Bottom Line: These are the best clubs I have hit in years. Get them and learn to be a better ball striker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great iron for tempo Have been using X-Forged irons for several seasons and find the Apex Pro a great addition to my bag. They seem a bit lighter in the grip and have really helped me to maintain a smooth tempo through the stroke.
