FT-Hybrids feature Fusion Technology, the superior weight-shifting science used in the Fusion FT-3 Driver and Fusion Fairway Woods. By using multiple materials in clubhead construction, Callaway Golf engineers have optimized perimeter weighting to create a high Moment of Inertia for enhanced stability and forgiveness. The OptiFit System creates two Center of Gravity (CG) positions — Draw or Neutral — for most lofts, providing golfers a configuration that best fits their swing type and shot shape. The end result is exceptional distance, performance, accuracy and confidence.
    • Fusion Technology combines a stainless steel face, sole, and body with a lightweight, carbon-composite crown to create maximum perimeter weighting for exceptional stability on off-center hits.
    • Two Center-of-Gravity positions--Draw or Neutral--for most lofts to provide a configuration that best fits your swing type and shot shape.
    • Proven VFT, S2H2, and Tru-Bore technologies combine to provide more ball speed, stability, control, and forgiveness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth I have been trying other mfg. hybrids to replace longer irons due to arthritic hands. Calloway seems to be the smoothest feeling club in the transition aspect, very easy to control ball flight along with respectable distance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first purchase of used club, will buy again. This #3hybred club was like new. The first swing I knew it was going to be good. Perfect balance, consistent ball flight and distance. Great club.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value From now on, I'll only purchase my golf clubs through the pre-owned site. Great prices on great clubs. This is the second club I've purchased on the site and both came quickly, exceeded the quality expectation and performed exactly as expected. I love Callaway products and this site has made it affordable and easy to purchase. Mark

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I already owned the 4 & 5 Fusion hybrids and wanted the 3 hybrid instead of a 7 fairway metal. This club is super. Great distance and with the draw bias, I don't hit the dreaded slice. Mine was rated good but other than one small scratch, it looks brand new. I continue to be pleased with Callaway Preowned and will be back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most versatile club in the bag! Starting to get older and lose flexibility. Decided to take 3 iron out, and replace with #3 hybrid. Easier to hit, and very versatile on different kinds of shots. Absolutely closed the gap between the 5 wood and 3 iron, now no gaps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to hit and control I purchased this club to replace my 3 iron that hits ok, but needed 10 more yards. This club gave me exactly the distance I wanted. When I swing as usual, the ball goes straight or slightly draw when falls. Very easy to control without suffering distance. I can easily hit strong draw when I need, it requires some effort to hit fade, and impossible to hit slice with my swing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great club The flatter sole and low center of gravity of this club makes it a good choice for longer fairway shots. I use the 2H for distances of 180-210 yds. I've replaced my old 3 WarBird fairway wood with this club. I use it for tee shots on tight fairways or long par 3s, as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Takes some getting used to! I bought a new Ft-i driver and X-18 irons used, along with this hybrid 3. The driver and irons are awesome, but they took a few trips to the range to get the timing right and start smacking them. The hybrid is a different story, while hitting the ball is effortless, and I have poked a few out in the 250+ range, I find the results very unrealiable and inconsistent. Hopefully in time I'll get the hang of this club.
