FT-iQ Tour Drivers
Can't seem to get it straight
I am quite surprised at all the reviews which say it's the straightest driver they've played. I have exactly the opposite complaint, I cannot hit it straight at all. It either fades to the left or slices. I've tried everything to correct my swing and any adjustment I make to my grip, stance or backswing is overamplified with this club. I usually end up teeing off with my Adams 3 hybrid on the back nine which I can hit as far as the FTiq and as straight as an arrow. After twenty rounds or so, I'm ready to give it up. If I could add more weight to it, I may be able to save the club. I really think the problem is that it's too light in the head and the shaft pairing makes it too whippy.

Bought this to replace my broken FT-IQ driver. The feel and distance are very similar but I am not able to hit it as accurate as my old driver. I will probably need to put the old shaft in and give it a try.

This driver performed well for me.
I was very excited with how I hit the ball with this driver. I had previously never played with any Callaway equiptment, but now I'm hooked.

FT iq Driver
I love it. Hits long and straight. The only downside is that it is not forgiving at all.

This is the straightest driver that I have ever hit. Very easy to align. Sorry, Callaway quit making them.

I won a 9.5 Tour with an X shaft. I was skeptical at first but brought it out the next time I played. It felt good warming up and then I fell in love with the club on the course. I place the head behind the ball and swing. It goes where I expect it to go. Best driver I have ever hit.

My favorite driver ever!
I've been playing the high-trajectory, 13 degree FT-IQ with a draw setup to compensate for an outside-in, over-the-top swing. Now that my swing has improved, I needed a driver with less loft and a neutral setup. I'm hitting it consistently well and am looking forward to this summer!

Seeing is believing.
I have now played with this club, FTiQ 10degree, regular flex, every two weeks about 22 games a year, for two years and the difference to my driving game is so noticable. Being a high handicapper, my driving game was terrible, now around 80% extreamly straight sometimes a slight fade but always on the fairway and long. Now, wether it's the club or my confidence since using the club, I would say 50/50, but regardless 9 strokes off my (max)handicap in 2 years,- which means I have really dropped more than that - and currently leading in the B grade competition with my social club speaks for itself... my only worry is that Callaway no longer make it so I have ordered another pre-owned one, to keep as a replacement, in case my current driver ever fails. Since, I have tried the Diablo and Taylormade Burner, no where near as consistant.
