Very useful off fairway or tee. I can now swing smooth and easy to hit the ball as far as trying to muscle and iron. Bought pre-owned 2 & 4 2006 Model hybrids and get 180yds. from the 4 and 210 Yds from the 2. For me, I fade these clubs about 3yds. but can draw the ball if necessary. For guys my age,65, hybrids should replace the long irons because of the added distance. Love how easy they are to hit and get the ball airborne, the 2 gives me a much better ball flight than my 5 wood. Nice to get some roll after the ball lands. Friends now buying hybrids after seeing the improvement in my game.

I'm happy with my choice in hybrid technology although I didn't have any previous experience with other manufacturers. These clubs really add yardage and accuracy to my long iron game. I did have to visit the driving range a few times to get a "feel" for how these clubs react and got my first eagle, this year, with the help of the 4 hybrid!

Very good addition to the bag if you are looking to remove your long irons and/or fairway woods. I was able to take out my Steelhead 5 Wood. It is great off the tee when you have OB coming into play as well as when are facing a long 2nd shot.

The club is exactly what I expected except that it is easier to hit.

I can hit it higher and softer without loss of distance compared to the equivalent iron.

After a few trips to the range with this club I was able to hit it straight both off the tee and fairway. Great Club.
