Product Overview
The new FT-5 Driver is the latest evolution in clubhead design utilizing our revolutionary Fusion Technology. A massive 50 grams of discretionary weight has been created using a Carbon Fiber Body — creating the OptiFit Weighting System that produces three center of gravity configurations: Draw, Neutral and Fade, enabling golfers to choose a combination to best suit their individual game. The larger, more robust CT/VFT Titanium cup face is designed to the legal limit, as defined by the USGA Characteristic Time test, resulting in increased ball speed, distance and forgiveness — even on miss-hits.
- Fusion Technology uses a carbon composite body to create an unprecedented 50 grams of discretionary weight for a high MOI and exceptional stability on miss-hits. The 25-gram weight chip in back lowers the CG for optimal trajectories.
- OptiFit Weighting System produces Draw, Neutral, and Fade configurations in most lofts, allowing golfers to choose the best type for their swing.
- CT/VFT Titanium Cup Face results in a larger, more robust face for increased ball speed right up to the USGA limit on shots hit all over the face. It also produces a more crisp metallic sound.
- New 460cc head design is longer and flatter for more confidence at address and a higher MOI for longer, straighter drives.

Yes there is a clank but you'll learn to love it because it will have people loooking at your straight fairway drive and added distance:)

I bought this driver about 3 years ago. I am a lot more accurate with this driver than others I have used in the past. I still miss my share of fairways, but I am more confident with this driver knowing that I have a better chance of hitting the fairway rather than missing it.

I bought this driver for my 12 year old son and he loves it. Sits well at address and has lots of pop. The added loft and senior flex is perfect for his swing speed. He's hitting it about 200-220 yards. Great first adult driver for him. I will definitely upgrade it in a couple years with another Callaway.

Condition (listed as average) was better than expected. I am retired and play twice a week. This club has given me 10 to 20 additional yards off the tee.

I've used this drive for the past 4 years and have been nothing but extremely please with its performance. I'm upgrading to the FT-iz model and was very reluctant to make the change. I would recommend this club to anyone.

Been using a Cobra SZ460 10.5° for 5 years. Like it a lot but wanted to get a newer technology. Got the FT-5 10° Draw. I did a very good choice. The FT-5 gets it 20 to 25 yards longer. Good feel, very straight, reassuring of the tee when aiming at a narrow fairway. Impressed by the condition of the club [...].
