Rated 5 out of 5 by PHD Great bag - holds a lot and then some...
I've had this bag for almost 2 years. I have had no problems at all with it. Everything has held up nicely and the storage capacity is outstanding. I use it on a cart as well as on my clic gear walking cart and the bag works great. I like the separate putter holder, the numerous pockets accessible on the front, the plentiful side pockets for clothing and my rangefinder. My only complaint would be that my clubs sometimes do not go back into the individual slots easily and get caught. My last two Callaway bags had zipper problems, but the zippers on this bag work fine. A great product!

The bag is very poorly made. The bag does not sat up after useing a couple of times, the clubs do not want to go back in the individual slips after useing. Does not stand up to Callaway standards,

The bag is a very nice size and holds a lot of extras but it has severe shortcomings. The rubber strap holders on the front fell off one by one over the course of the first month. The zipper
pull tabs started going next. Three are now broken and I'm using a small pliers to open the larger zippers on the side.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Skip Yes, this product has some great features and over-all a very intelligent design but it lacks certain commen sense features and is difficult to use.
Two features, or lack thereof, make this product difficult to use. One, it lack handles or handholds with which to lift it; and two, the clubs do not slide in and out of the dividers smoothly and already the grips on each club, except the putter whose well is larger, are being torn at the narrow base. Please note I am , since your inception, a life long callaway user and fan. This is the first product I have ever been dissatisfied with. I am too lazy to send it back but I will probably buy another cart bag that does not tear up the grips and is easier to pull clubs out of. This is not the first buck fifty I've spent on golf that did not work out ( tiger shark irons, Nike irons). Anyway, the bag I purchased is not your best effort and even on sale is overpriced. Coaches tip, buy out Sun mountain!

Callaway Golf can produce clubs and balls that Mickelson used to win the Open Championship but can't make a cart bag that stands on level ground on its own.
This bag looks nice and all but will not stand up on its own as it comes crashing forward -right onto your putter!- time and again.
The "Belt Bite" technology was ripped off the bag by the cart strap after only two rounds.
In addition, the full length dividers are not full length and you end up struggling to pull and replace clubs throughout your round. This is perhaps the most frustrating aspect of this bag-aside from it falling on its face if you place it down on the walk in order to open your house door.
It has only one towel loop and it's inconveniently located over the cooler section and hard up against your partners bag if you drive the cart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by John K Poor quality! :(
As others have commented:
1. Broken zipper, teeth fell out.
2. Strap grip for use in a Golf cart fell off on front bottom compartment.
3. Towel holder ripped through the Velcro.
Can you send a replacement grip holder and towel holder??
I am a big fan of Call away pre-owned. Bought a set of X-22's in 2011 along with 2 fairway woods, LW, AW, and another iMax head.
Just upgraded to a complete set of Razor X's about 5 weeks ago, plus driver, 2 fairway woods and 2 hybrids!
